Is the Blast electrical system able to power a set of heated grips without problems?
I have the kind of heated grips where you stick the heating element to the bar/throttle, and then put the grips over top installed on my Kawasaki KLR.
Can the Blast handle that same kind of setup?
The sort of thing I want to put on is like this:
Like This
Says that it's a 12-volt system & draws 36 watts.

If my math is right that should be only 3 Amps or so, I don't think that it would be any big problem for its' charging system. Give BPG a shout, he might have access to the books that give the electrical systems specs. Also I believe that His and Hers used to have a pair of Blasts. Good Luck

The factory charging system is good enough to support heated grips with no worries. Let us know how the install goes
