Has anybody found a smaller/cleaner dash that will work on the blast? Or has anybody installed one of the Koso dashes? I would prefer a mostly rectangular digital one. Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome.

Not a bad idea. Seems a bit much to have rpms up to 10k. Have you tried this one?
no, just found them yesterday while looking for brake fluid reservoirs, take a look at nicholas900's thread of the cafe racer xb12, he's using a very slim cluster, really nice one
