Just installed a new fairing and windscreen on my Blast. Just wanted opinions, I am still thinking about one with modern headlights. Also, it currently has a Kirker exhaust system on it. It's way too loud and wakes up my neighborhood even after packing the silencer with new material its just too obnoxious. Does anyone know of a muffler that is closer to the stock sound? Anyone looking to buy this exhaust cheap or trade for a quieter exhaust let me know. :):)

    Fluffy,

That is really a good looking Blast. What kind of fairing is that, and where did you purchase it?

And how did you paint the body work?

EMGO 70-52501, off of ebay, but you can find them all over the internet. The Paint is Dupont Hot Hues Perplexed Pink, No poblem painting the plastic, just have to have a rough sand (around 400) and use a plastic adhesive (like bulldog) before primer is applied, and flexable additive in the clear.

I just changed my exhaust from a Kerker to a Jardine. The Jardine is a lot more tame than the Kerker but I'm starting to miss my Kerker. Loud pipes save lives. :D

Does the fairing mount right on easily or does it require modification?

Holes and mounts seem to be straightforward, bt it did need a lot of trimming on the windshild for a proper fit.

    Fluffy,

What kind of tools did you use to trim the windshield?

PS That is about the best looking Blast that I have seen for a while.
