It's most likely the flasher. I'm not sure it will be under the seat though. It will buzz also if you have LED lights hooked up at the signal.
So the buell I got had no signals and the tail light cover is busted with no bulb.
I bought a universal integrated light.
Plugged the signals up and they are bullet connectors so no splicing till I have to hook the brake light up.
But when I flip the switch it the signal does not flash it just stays illuminated and makes an obnoxious buzzing sound.
Any ideas? Resistors? Relays?

When I mean under the seat, I mean around the battery. They are LEDs, I figured they just flash faster than normal. Not sure what the buzzing would come from.
The buzzing sound is because the LED's don't pull enough current to trip the flasher relay, so it's buzzing.
You need to get a flasher specifically for LED's.
do you know what kind of flasher relay would work?
Side note, it is the flasher relay. When the signals are on, I can feel it buzzing in the relay
Just go to autozone and pickup an electronic led flasher and plug it in where your old one is.
Will do tomorrow thanks :D
