Does anyone know if you can still run the small factory right side scoop and/or the chin fairing on a Force pipe?

Pretty sweet looking pipe/header combo. I wonder how much you'd have to custom tune if you had a race ECM already...It's basically a straight pipe with a megaphone.
Just checking out all of my options. My heart is currently set on Dean's KEDA exhaust/header combo, but I'm seeing what else is out there. Does anyone have some information?
