I was just on the Hal's speed shop page and was curious if this full street fairing would fit a 2004 XB12R. I was also concerned about engine heat as I life in Florida. Do you think that a full fairing would cause the engine to run hotter than normal.

Yes the fairing will fit.  I have heard of some heat problems with those fairings.  I am not sure if there is integrated ducting in the fairing setup, or if you can run factory left scoop and add a right side scoop for better cooling.  Might be worth checking into.
