Does Ohlin's or anyone else of that caliber make a rear shock for the firebolts?

AST has developed a few, the owner's son is a buell rider. but all major shock manufacturers have buell shocks

You can purchase an ohlins shock from any buell dealer from the xbrr.  Also penske and works performance make some.

sweet then I can  put a full Ohlins setup on my bike then?!

how much is the rear shock? I know my front forks will be pushing $3000!

WOW...buy a new bike   Is it really that much of an improvement?  Isnt there a cheaper setup with similar results?

I have a brand new bike. I ride very very aggresive so it is an important improvement for me. If you ever get a chance to ride a bike with a full Ohlin's setup front and rear that's setup right you'll understand why I want them
