OK so I have decided to sell my buell race muffler and have already removed it.I am going to put straight pipes on and have photo shopped a pic.I know I will lose power but I want it to be so loud it just pisses people off.I would like to hear if you think it will look right or if it will cause any problems.I plan on putting the dual exit tips on both sides which would be 4 exits 2 on each side the header into a Y pipe into 2 single pipes one on the right and left/ then those into the dual outlet tips All straight pipe....>

you'll need some kind of fixture below the engine or you will damage your cylinders or tear the headers...
you'll have to place them low enough on the righthand side to stay clear of the belt tensioner. leaving a big gap between engine & pipe.
and because it's not a double, but single pipe (no interior stuffing) you'll get some nice heat under your engine...you'll will need to use wrap.

thanks for your thoughts LeFox I did plan on wrapping the header and the pipes all the way down pretty much.I also am definitely going to make some sort of hangers on it to dampen any vibrations.I havent got the parts yet as I wanted some others input first so I cant say on fitment yet but on paper it should fit.Other then that is there anything wlse you can think of?

If you are doing straight pipe I would get some like 4" baffles to put inside them as you should still have some backpressure for the engine. I think it will sound awesome when you are done but like Lefox said you will have some heat issues for sure and the wrap just might not cut it.

use the vented chinspoiler so air can reach the lower part of the headers and the pipes:

OK, So I ordered all the parts last night except for the chin "Thank You LeFox" I will order that today.I bought a T instead of a Y from others advice.I also bought the thick walled 1.8125 in pipes so I can weld it without any worries of burn through.I bought the tips and called a local shop to get some plate aluminum for a skid guard/jack plate.I plan on using D&D's idea for a jack plate and fairing mount's.I got my pops bringing over his T.I.G. welder when I need it and need to call a friend at a exhaust shop so when its mocked up and measured he can do all the bends for me.When its done I will have a reliable shop dyno tune it so it doesnt cause any problems to the drivetrain.Thank you all for your comments and opinions and yes I am happy it will be loud as hell Keep any ideas coming as they are greatly appreciated and I might need to change it a little depending on what problems I may run into.
