Just got my xb12 the other day and love it. Would really like some hid's for it and some louder exhaust. Are there any out there that actually help the bike? I can live with it being quiet but would love something louder with performance. Also, what is the break in rpm you guys used. I was told 2500 for the first 1000 miles! Is this true or can I go higher?

Americansportbike.com and download the exhaust shootout.  It has dyno runs and sound files.  Also try the search function on this site, many of your questions have been discussed deeply.

I can't seem to find anything on hid's. Any chance you can help me out?

I haven't found anyone that has done HID's yet either and I am going to be the first to do it I guess.  It won't be until spring time but I am going to do it for sure.  Any universal motorcycle kit will work for the bike.
