Hi everybody I just bought a 07 xb12r yesterday and had a tuning question. I'm not sure what all is done to the bike except it has a jardine exhaust pipe on it. Here is we're my question is, while riding yesterday the bike would backfire/ pop when ever I close the throttle fast.. If I slowly close the throttle no popping.
I don't know anything about tuning or messing with the ECM but I do plan on adding a right side scoop so I figured I should start learning, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I fugured it was running lean on what I've read so far but no clue how to fix it
I have a Jardine RT-1. Did the same thing. Replaced the ECM with an EBR race one and farts went away.
$305!!!! Kind of pricey... I mean I can't complain I only paid $3300 for the bike
Orrrrr a custom tune and/or an education on how to tune: The Tuniversity.
Could it be possible that my bike just needs a tps reset if infancy it is running lean??
