Hi, First time posting on this site. be gentle lol I have a 03 Buell xb9r and when I move the handlebars from left to right the engine kills. So I looked at the ignition wires and moved those and that is what is making it die. so I'm thinking there is a loose connection somewhere in the ignition. do anyone know if I can take the cover off the ignition and fits with the wires or do I have to get a new ignition? just wondering if someone can help me here before I take it to a dealership and pay oodles of money.
thanks in advance for the help
Shaun

If it is only doing it when you are moving you handlebars, check the wires going to your kill switch.. Especially by you frame neck..

ok so just a update for everyone. the problem with the ignition was a cut wire. it wasnt all the way cut through so every time i moved the handlebars to the left the wire had contact and moved right no contact.
thanks
