i just got my 04 12r back from harley and i have a litle bit of fuel coming out of my overflow tube.

no. It is acctually prett low. Also for about 3 minutes after shuting it off i can look in the gas tank and watch the fuel moving around like there pressure pushing back

could have been an airbubble... keep an eye on it and see if you keep having this 'problem'.
