I notice the header was cracked today. I didn't drop, hit anything. Can I get it weld it or do I need them repaired..... there not even a year old.

if you didn't drop it and your bike is less than a year old it sounds to me like you've got a legit warranty claim..  I'd take it in and get them to replace the header...   no sense welding it when it should not have cracked in the first place...

if it is new warrety if not have it tigged and look at the front muffler hanger cracked mine tigged and wrapped it

Thanks, I dropped it off at the shop. They said its Harleys fault,that it's cracking at the weld on the second bend on the front header, it was too thin from bending.

if they replace it what are they going to do with the cracked one??? I might be interested in that
