i have a 04 buell with yellow lowerd spring and shock. id like to do a even trade for the taller blue one.

check ebay seen some the other for around $60. why do you want the taller blue  regular lightning & firebolt shock instead of your Scg shock?

dont like it . too low 4 me. my bike bottoms out alot since i slipped the front forks for the vortex clipons

Yes, I plan on raising the forks in the tripples. Trying to lower my bolt for the wife.
