possibly. start there and flush system, refill with dot-4, and fully bleed. you need firm full lever action to properly diagnosis if rotor is at fault. if so simply remove it and take to local machine shop who can quickly run a ball mill over it if you think it's glazed. after the fact i am no fan of lyndall pads. ebc sintered the pad of choice for XB's.Also, I have not changed the brake fluid(next on to do list).
