Replace the front cockpit module xb12s

I recently picked up a 2005 XB12S that had a crushed instrument cluster and broken front module. I want to fix it, but the parts are hard to find and kind pricey for me at the moment. Are there any alternatives for the module and dashboard? I've tried sorting through the older post, but they all seem to contain the keywords.

I have an old cluster from my 04 12S. had a couple screwdriver wedge marks where the last guy tried to separate it....probably for a faceplate. Also has a scratch in the lens, but functionally it's fine. you looking for something perfect or just trying to get it operational for now?
