Did you check the battery under load?

No... but she starts fine only with this timedelay I can find the reason for

Have it checked under load, they'll do it for free at any Autoparts store if you take it in - it's probably on the down-hill.

Oh, and might as well check Frame grounds too while you've got the seat off.

Did you check all of your grounds?

There's a ground under the bottom airbox cover that should be checked too.

I checked the ground under the air box, fine no problems... I did as well an insulation test on the related wires, all fine, no short to ground or other wires... wtf is going on???

I installed a new start&Ignrelay and connected to an Pick-up-battery... Same thing, she starts after 10 to 40 sec.

When you say the switches were ok, how did you test them?

Does the starter relay click right away when you press the button?

I checked the switches via at the fuse socket, its Vbat or zero... The relay I have to admit does not make the click like the other two, but I renewed it, swapped them with the same result.. I will try thsi next: take the relay out, take 2 wires and a switch and trigger the starter this way...

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess it's corrosion on the starter button.  If there is a high resistance in the switch you will still see Vbatt on the contacts if there is no current flowing.  Try testing it with the relays and fuses still in place.

One other thing that may be looking into...  Does it make a difference if you use the clutch, or if you just leave it in neutral?  The start relay's ground path is through either the clutch switch or the diode/neutral switch.  It's possible that one of those is bad.  Check the resistance to ground through pin 2 on the start-relay socket.  Should be near zero (as long as the clutch is pulled or the bike is in neutral)

You're right on the money with hot wiring the relay as well.  Jumper the contact side of it (pins 7 and 8 on the socket, 3 and 5 if you are looking at the relay) and see what happens.

Buellysses... thx for the advice. Hot wired worked normal, switch-on and starts... I checked the started switch befoer, no significant restistance. Clutch, stand ect aq\ll disabeled years ago. I keep on surching and let you know.

My only suggestion then is to check the voltage on the relay coil with the button off and button on.  You're going to have to find a way to get ahold of the wires with the relay still in place.  I'd suggest taking the right hand controls off and looking in there.

You said you disabled the clutch/etc...  I'd go through and re-check your work.  Corrosion has a nasty way of creeping  into wires.  I had a girlfriends car with a headlight that wouldn't come on.  I fought and fought with that one for quite a few hours before I noticed one of the wires had a small bulge in it.  There was a pin-prick sized hole in one of the wires that let water in.  Ate right through the copper with no real noticeable damage to the jacket.
