I own an 09 XB12SS and was wondering is there any way to tune the newer bikes (08-09's). I haven't seen anything yet.

Just went to my HD mechanic and he said there isnt any ecm's coming out but instead a "power programmer" like whats used in programming cars.

Any info on this? I couldnt find much.

It seems strange to me.
Why they don't make any longer race ECM's for the post '08 models?
Some people are saying if you use an aftermarket (open) exhaust in combination with a stock ECM you're engine will be broke after a several mile age.
So, if you have a '08 or '09 model and you want some noise, and there's no ECM 're-programmer' in your neigbourhood. You just had bad luck?

I was told a programmer for 08's would be out late fall cant wait!
