I know that there are plenty of forums for exhaust mods, but I was just wondering that when the stock exhaust gets mod, does the weight change at all. Supposedly the Jardine Exhaust is alot lighter than the stock. Any advise, I do plan on sending my exhaust to Hawk since thats the one that most people say do the best job with performance and sound. I was wondering if there are any forums for intake mod. I saw a firebolt with a cone K&N coming out the side and that looked cool as sh*t. Wonder if that helps with performance?

| If you mod a 12 pipe, it goes from 18 to 15 lbs I think. If you mod a 9 pipe, it goes from 15 to 12 lbs. So if you can get your hands on a 9 pipe, I would suggest using that one to mod. | |

| I'm new to the buell setup so I was wondering if maybe the 9 pipe is smaller in length or diameter? I don't wanna put a small diameter pipe so I don't lose any hp. Yeah Steven I was talking about firechicken's intake. Does that setup increase any hp? Again thanks for any advise cuz I am new to the buell and this website. | |

Any intake mod, with proper tuning and an exhaust mod to boot will add HP.
Edit: I doubt that setup makes much more HP than an Airbox Delete would. |
