Hello all, new XB12 buell owner. Love the bike. It is stock now. I have a new Jardine RT1 Titanium in a box ready to install but thinking about a Carbon fiber model instead since all plastic has been replaced with carbon fiber. What is the difference between aluminum, titanium and aluminum on this muffler ? Is it weight and strenght of the muffler or other ? I'm thinking about running it with no other mods. Just want loud. Thank you

titantium is the strongest, lasts longer and costs the most.
think carbon is a bit lighter, but not much.

and as far as no other mods, i would suggest reading this: ecm required with slip-on?

Thanks for the info LeFox. You certainly have a full time job on here keeping track of the Buellers. I think I read all the posts in here on exhaust and that got me really confused. A lot of opinions on both sides of the issue. I guess that's why it's a forum.

yea, but there's enough documentation in there to back up some opinions
