I just got an XBR top triple and I was wondering do I need to cut the modules at all to fit it to my XBS?

From what I've read on another board by someone who has done it you have to make a spacer to push the out.

you need to drill some holes to fit the front.

I saw the three holes and inserts part to attach the gauges on another forum. But the pictures on there look like they cut out small pieces of the modules to fit the clip-ons up in there. I wish I could find a more technical walk through of this mod. Thanks for replying guys.
