| what size is the primary adjustment nut? none of my wrenches seem to fit so I got to go shopping and not about tools but is H-D my only option for buying a new springy thing that goes under the clutch cover? | |

| the chain tension-er shoe nut? It's SAE, but I don't know size off the top of my head. It's smaller than an inch if I can remember. You can put an allen in the bottom of the bolt that the shoe is on itself and just use an adjustable wrench to get the job done. | |

| I was going to say, if I remember correctly it is crescent wrench size. Normally I try to avoid using those if at all possible, but on the bigger nuts they seem to do a lot better. | |
