The PO was nice enough to Armor All the side of my tires before I took the bike home with me. Not the side wall the actual tread of the tire. I'm guessing that is not gonna be good when I hit some water in a corner.

How do I get the stuff off my tires?

I wouldn't ride that bike until you scrub the tires with warm soapy water..  Very dangerous

If its on the side walls it should be ok, but I would still take it off, it could run once you start the tires spinning.  Never never use any Armor All or Tire Wet look products on your bike tires.  However, those both work wonders on the plastics, and even some of the metal bits.

Get if off there right away.  My friend wrecked his bike because someone did that to his tires.
