Has anyone tried to switch there firebolt subframe to a lightning one? If so,how hard was the transfer and did everything fit well? I love the shortie look of the lightning,any input from someone whomb may have already tried this?

Putting a lightning tail on a firebolt is the easiest of swaps to do.
