Me too. I like the Ulysses, but I think it's made for giants. I bought by Buell XB12Scg because it's the perfect size for me (5' 7")

KTM 990 superduke here too and maybe a duc monster s4r. The z100 isn't bads either but not a twin. I had a gsxr750 before and loved it but now I like the twins alot more then the inline 4.

Since I only ride sportbikes and I wanted American, if there were no Buell I would have too many choices. I would probably narrow down to a Duc or TL1000, I grown rather fond of torque.

depends on what you're looking for...
long rides is not a thing for the hypermotard. you can do it, but with only 13liters (3.43gallon) you need a gasstation near you all the time.
but the bike is FUN!, the torque on this thing gives you a big grin on your face.
a 3rdgear roll-on wheelie is no problem with this toy!
i would buy this more as an innercity, funbike for the occasional long ride.

you should try the brutale or corsaro then...
preference for me is the corsaro, simply because it's a twin with all the characteristics and also has a very nice sound...

I'd definitely go w/the Speed Triple, but the 999, not the 1050.
Just like the stylin' of the 999 better.
Does that make me "Old School"???
Of course, if you changed it to, "If money was no option and Buells didn't exist..."
Well, my answer would change immediately.
I'd be ridin' a Confederate Hellcat!
God do I love that bike! Its GORGEOUS!!!
Saw my first Hellcat @ the Daytona Bikeweek back in March.
Saw this one too...
I saw this bike in Cycle World as a computer animation.
Imagine my surprise when, a couple years later,
I was walkin' down Main Street and low and behold!
Freakin' beautiful WORK OF ART.
Each one hand made, and he only wants $26,000.
You can't get a freakin' stock Harley for that kinda change!
Yeah! I'd want one of those too.
Have his card here somewhere...

MV Agusta, Dig the brutale but I'd have to go with the f4-1000s 1+1, the blue and silver carbon fiber one from 2005. Damn that thing is sweet, don't really like how they ride though. Maybe I was just uncomfortable sitting on a 27K engine on two wheels. But you gotta love the exhaust!

Most likely, Suzuki SV (1000 made naked?) or a Monster (800 S2R?).
Superdukes are bad, too....
Motoguzzi Griso 1100 is sweet, but a little too cruiser-ish.
Maybe a Triumph Street Triple or a BMW F800S.
Ecosse, Aprilia, MV Agusta, Confederate? These bikes are no where near the price range of Muell....

Ducati Monster 696 by a long shot, and then maybe a KTM Superduke...but I'd prefer to stick with my beloved Buells.

Hyosung GT250 because its odd enough to interest me and looks like the bastard child of a Blast and SV (and its actually small enough for my short legs)
