I've only had stock, stock with valve wired open, and completely gutted. Stock w/ valve open is the one I've liked best in both sound and performance.

I like my buell factory race exhaust. If I was going to buy a new one it would be one form Dean for sure.

I like my gutted can to, got rid of my jardine because I got tired of repacking it.

I have a Latus and I think it's one of the best exhausts for the money. Try to find one now though.

I ordered deans after lusting for years and have been without a ride for 2 weeks and counting waiting for it to come. I had to sell my jardine and ecm. I hope its worth the wait.

@Matteson - I was in your exact boat (well minus race ecm) - you will not be disappointed going from Jardine to Keda.

I have only heard a total of four exhausts - stock, SpecOps, Jardine, and RT-XB1. The Jardine had a great thump at idle, but I didn't like the sound at speed. The stock exhaust is quiet as can be and of course a great performance match for a stock bike. The SpecOps was a great sounding exhaust - a little hollow maybe. Dean's RT-XB1 is by far the deepest and right on par (maybe just a bit louder - don't know for sure) as the SpecOps on sound level.

I've heard great things about the sound of the D&D, Hawk, Micron, etc...I don't think you can really go wrong - unless it's a Jardine :)
