Jimmy, you should come out to my BBBQ on the 4th! Bring your Buell too!
To everyone else that is coming, if you're interested in going to bike night on the 4th, come by my place, clean your bike, Grab some food, and we'll all ride out together. The is a Harley store on Cannery Row, and all of the Buells with me will be able to park on the sidewalk in front of Bubba Gump Shimp Co and the HD store instead of the street! I've already got it arranged with the owner. AWESOME! |

So Saturday July 4th, Everyone is welcome to come over to my place.
Itinerary: Morning- bike cleaning Afternoon- BBBQ Evening- Bike night on Cannery Row! Us Buellers have spots reserved ON THE SIDEWALK in front of the HD apparel store instead of on the street. So anyone wanting to park with the rest of us please come to my place beforehand so we can get there together. I live cery close. If you are interested in coming out, please RSVP, email me and we will coordinate and we can exchange contact info. I need to know how many people are coming out so I know how much food to buy. | Since I won't have the toy hauler, I might not bring both bikes. I might just be trucking the bike down to my folks place, then riding it to the race. I don't want to be without transportation, so I'm still trying to work it all out. | |

Thanks. I am just debating between parking my truck there so I have transportation, or leaving it at m folks place and rolling the bike. Since I have no idea how bad the parking situation is yet, I might just show up wicked early on Friday and go from there.
I will likely be around my R1 most of the time, feel free to at least come by and say hi. |

That would mean parking my truck, riding the R1 to the venue, catching a ride back to my truck, unloading the Buell. At the end of the day, load the Buell, then getting a ride back to the venue, then riding the R1 back to the truck x3.
As fun as that sounds, I think I will just park the truck and deal. I don't even know what all is involved with getting my R1 in and out of the venue other than I have a special bracelet. |

Do you have to take your R1 with you every night?
Why cant you leave it in the tent? They have security. Leave the R1, take the buell. |

| OK, I will load both bikes, drop the Buell at my folks house and take the R1 to the race on Friday. If I can leave it there, then I will ride the Buell to the track on Saturday and swing by the BBQ. That would be awesome. | |

Hey guys, been offline for a few days.
Who hoo it's almost here. I will be intown thursday night. we're staying at the campus dorms. Dave, I ride with my bro and a couple of buddies. My bro and I both have XB12's but our firends ride the Jap bikes. I assume it's all good if they roll with us. Of course they'll probably have to park on the street, wouldn't want any attetion taken away from the Buells. I'll send you an email for contact purposes. can't wait! |

hey guys,
Well plans have changed a bit. Our trailer blew a whell yesterday when we went to pick it up. So it seems we will be riding down after all. 
That being said I'll probably ride my Harley instead of the Buell. Not entirely sure right now. Still coming though. Anyone have a trailer in sacrameto????

It seems it's been worse and worse over the last few years. Last year we got pulled over for my brothers Stock Orange windshield on his XB12R. At the time we didn't realize it was DOT approved or we would have disputed right there and then. It was thrown out in court due to an error on the officers part. He never even checked for a DOT stamp.
Kinda crazy considering 4 years ago we got pulled over at 120+ and the cop let us go. 2 of my friends ran and he still let us go........I guess it really depends on the cop/situation. Ride safe! |

Whoot Whoot! Got everything packed and ready to go. After work I'm headed home to wash the bike and then head down. Probably get in a little late. We want to ride when it's a bit cooler so we're leaving around 7pm, maybe earlier.

Hey guys, I'm going. If you see an orange xb12scg then its probably me since I've never seen the same bike locally.
I just have to finish up my new frictions, bleed front brakes and detail the bike and I'm ready for the weekend. Dave I shot you an email, Is anyone planning on some group rides over the weekend? All buells?
