The His is a CNC machine technician. The Hers is an electronic technician soon to have her welding certification and a new career.

Hey captain13ron, what kind of CNC controls do you work on? We have mostly Fanuc controllers in our shop, with a few Heidenhein, Mazak, and Okumas thrown in.

LeFox, I'm working w/our programmer to come up with a couple of different belt pully sizes. I Think there woould be a market for those that want to change ratios but don't want to switch to chain.

The problem with changing pulley sizes is you cant take links out of a belt.  lol

If you need any info to help out, be sure to let me know...

yea, but there are other belts that could be suited to handle the power.

That's why we're working on the front & rear as a set to be able to maintain the same belt length. One of the hurdles however is likely having to adjust the idler pulley to accomadate the new diameter of the front pulley and maintain proper tension.

p s. I know my spelling may be off on this post but it's late, I'm tired, and too lazy right now to go to dictionary.com
