Recently, I've been getting some emails from members having problems logging into their accounts.
Here's the fix! Try deleting your temporary Internet files and delete your cookies. Sometimes you may need to restart your computer. On Internet Explorer you can do this by getting into your Internet Options. On Firefox go to Tools at the top of your browser and then select Options from the drop down menu. Please email me through the contact form if you need further assistance. |

| I've been contacted by three or four members about this issue over the past six months, so it doesn't seem to be a huge problem. What I'm afraid of is how many were too frustrated and impatient to contact me about this issue. I hope this post heads off future problems for our members. | |
