having trouble uploading pics like i did before.is it just me or is there a problem.

Make sure they are .jpg files and they have to be under 1mb

im not real computer savy but i cant even load pics that are already on my pic page.the window next to the browse button shows file as jpeg but when i hit upload a message comes up on a transparent like screen that  says please wait then turns all white then says website expired.if i was smart enough to know if it was me or the site would help but im not.
