Checked my oil yesterday after I put it in my shop and it didn't read on the dipstick at all! Checked it a few weeks ago and it was perfect. Bike does not smoke, leak, or anything that I know of anybody else have this issue?

What kind of Bike?  Still in the break in period?  If you are it is definitely going to eat some oil.

and how are you checking it? Warm and on the side stand?

when checking the oil, get the engine warm (not hot), let is rest for about 10 minutes and then check. this will allow the oil in the engine to flow back into the resevoir.
