The cooling fan on my '04 XB12R is acting up, in that it doesn't run like it used to, hasn't started up while riding in 95 degree days, and after I shut off the bike it may or may not start, and sometimes starts a few minutes after I shut it down, at which time it sounds like it is struggling for a few seconds.  The blades spin freely when I spin them manually, and I can't find any troubleshooting procedures in the manual.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Check the fuse and the temp sensor.

How do I check the temp sensor?  The fuse is good...
