I have checked throttle blade and it is vertical but still 85% and 5% at idle?

I have done TPS reset!
And i will do a Visual Check of the throttle blade!

When i use the ECMDroid on my 08 XB12X The throttle value dont exeed 85% and wires seems okey!
does anyone have a idea what to do to get it up to 100%?

Maybe i have some problem explaining! English is not my normal langauge! What I meen is after adjusting with the tuner and everything is ok why does it lean out when i ride it in a steady speed...
