It's really worth it especially if you're in Vegas. I would say that for less than $75, performing these tasks made a difference in cooling:
• distilled water + Red Line Water Wetter
•...
Thanks guys.
I would say that the LED headlight upgrade was a great move. I was on the fence for a while, but seeing how far LED lighting has come in the past couple of years, it was worth a shot....
I took the engine out of the frame over the winter and did some major overhaul maintenance items:
• 3M CF vinyl wrapped flyscreen, front fender, radiator covers, and rear fender
• New oil/filter...
I like it a lot! The SX headlight looks great over on the XB, and the LED DRLs are sharp. Super clean job.
I've got your clubmans: $70 plus whatever it takes to get them to ya. I'm in MD.
Here's what my buddy and I came up with after i got rid of my Barker's (doh!) and wanted the same thing you did: a little more bark.
...
Not really, maybe marginally. I got them (TechSpec brand) because I was sliding forward during hard braking so I needed more grip for my legs. Work great. I've since removed them for looks but will...
Jardine's is simple and cheap enough. Can't go wrong.

Having a garage sale this weekend: time to clear out some room!
I'm located near Hampstead, MD for those that prefer to drive on by. Also, yard sale. Saturday. Maybe Sunday.
Respond to this...
Lots of hard work put in here: nice work, SEXT9. I've wanted to retro some HIDs into my CR (but go dual projector Morimoto minis, whatever would fit), but the replacement CR headlights to mess with...
You shouldn't need a special tool for these: when I did mine, I carefully used a small standard screwdriver (or a dental pick if you have one) and pulled the little C-clip out. Then you can carefully...
Mine will do that for a few minutes after a ride. Coworker's coming up to me after a lunch ride: "you know you're bike's beeping, right?" Usually once every minute or two up to ten minutes after...
Do you think the O2 sensor is a separate issue? You still had binding in the throttle, right? The "pop" you heard was a mechanical one, or exhaust backfire? The backfire or any hiccup with the motor...
I'd serioulsy check your throttle cable routing for any hang ups, especially to the right/underneath the intake snorkel opening. Don't want that guy to be erratic while leaned over—be careful out...
I have the ones that goose posted above on my CR, they work great. Black anodizing starts to fade to a gunmetal after a few years in the sun—still look great, though.
Bagger that looks great. I did the plasti-dip route to see if I was going to like it... thinking of going permanent either by finding used white plastics online or just painting like you did.
did...
I just Plasti-Dipped mine from red to white/black. I agree with the CR color sentiments!

I'll try to take some close ups of my goofs so you can see what I mean, especially the peeling at mask seams and bubbling. The Tech-Spec airbox pads for my knees really induced a lot of peeling...
The finish with the "Glossifier" top coat is still pretty darn tacky—I bet I could stick a piece of paper to it if I pressed and held it there for a second or two. Surprisingly, bugs, tar,...
Also Plasti-Dipped the front white and the tail black, with their gloss sealant coat on top—we'll see how long everything holds up to bugs and washes.

Got a ride-along video... sorry for the wind noise. Some tape over the phone mic next time.

I had an XB9R and the pegs looked damn near identical between the two. I would say you're pretty safe going with the 1125 unless someone knows for certain otherwise.
I don't think you can adjust the speedo easily, but I'm sure it can be done with a speedo-healer inline type unit. Above 55 mph, my GPS verifies 5-6 mph slower than the indicated speed on my CR, and...
Do you only need the bar itself, or the hydraulic/throttle cables as well?
