Bump and sticky
thats badass!!!!!!!!
Great list & write up , though i figure you need this stuff due to lack of HDs not being as helpful depending on your area. that took some typin! :D
anyone tried one of those ebay brembos? i have tried posting a link but it keeps telling me its too long.
just search for ducati brake on ebay and they have like 4 colors (red, black, etc)they are $24.99 plus $35 shipping from thailand (my concern). they look legit however and come WITH pads. i'm thinking of biting the bullet and picking one up
I looked at some of the feedback and they look pretty shady, if you are talking about the brand new Jap made ones.
Seen a couple reviews where they stated the brake locked up on them after only a couple miles of riding and had to throw the caliper out.
I personally would just buy a used OEM one and repaint it. You will know it has replacement pads and that it is the true deal not a knock off that could fail at any moment.
just the feedback i was looking for, thanks. sometimes you find those 'diamond in the rough' cheap knockoffs, but most of the time thats not the case. there are a TON of used ducati brembos anyways, for basically the same price. i'll be picking a used one up next week
Well I just purchased a 2010 Ducati Streetfighter rear caliper.
The mounting hole measures 84mm, mounts up fine, just had to grind down on corner of the brake pad plate, as far as the caliper it clears and works great, here is a quick shot of the caliper.
just ordered from here:

my bike is still pretty much new and i didn't want to put a used caliper w/ no known history of use on my bike.
$99.54 shipped WITH pads (best deal i could find)
they also sell the model that bleeds on the left side for $5 less
nice list. my next mod
so i need one of these------->
and one of these-------->Bracket is from American Sports Bike.and thats it to do this modification correct?$99.54 shipped WITH pads (best deal i could find)
