    Depends on your bike. On the Ss models, the OE line will reach. My understanding (and hopefully someone will confirm or correct me), is that on the S and R models, you need a longer brake line. You also need to make sure you have fresh gaskets/washers for the banjo fitting at the caliper, and that you have the proper banjo bolt. My recollection is that the OE Buell banjo bolt doesn't fit the Brembo calipers.

    Depends on which caliper you get. The brembo caliper I bought had the line fitting and bleeder situated so my stock line reached fine. I did have to flip the line 180 (flipped the bango on the master over) so the bend at the caliper end was oriented in a direction to prevent binding. Do yourself a favor and buy the speed bleeders. Took me like 5 minutes to bleed and I had the entire back brake line off.

    Okay, no one has replied to the question if the American SPort Bike bracket is necessary, or can you just mount the caliper directly?

    Yes a bracket IS required to re-position the brembo caliper.

    I have been trying to find a bracket that is not hiding behind the swing arm....
    anyone have any ideas?
