I can't get my hands on a manual. could someone copy the rear wheel removal/reinstallation for me?

it looks pretty self explanatory based on other articles on the web but I can't find the torque values for the nuts and whether i need to take the tensioner off to get the belt back on. also want to know if i need to grease anything up and/or put antiseize or thread lock on anything. (and what kinds of compounds)

i was actually surprised to see the tensioner isn't spring loaded?
