I have a buell xb9r with 9k on it. I have done plugs wires and ignition coil along with cam sensor and was running on one cylinder and studdering bad... I then took it to harley they said my ecm was bad so i ordered one replaced it last night and bike seemed to run great. I was riding home today from work and got caught in the rain and bike started studdering again between 2k and 5k rpms but is idling on both now. I dont know what is going on with my bike can anyone help me?

Check simple stuff first - Ground/Frame Connections & Battery terminal connections. Also where the main harnass goes up through the steering neck, many times will chaff the wires and start shorting out.
