2005 Buell XB9R Firebolt

I purchased this bike earlier this year with the intent of using for a custom build. Since then, I found another bike more suitable for the build and I have ridden this sporadically as I own an XB12R as well.
I purchased the bike from the original owner and have all of the maintenance records, nearly every receipt for parts, the original bill of sale, and all of the original documentation included with the bike when it was purchased new including the original Buell “Welcome to the Family” video. I have the clear NYS title in my name.
The bike has been meticulously cared for by both the original owner and me. It has always seen 20W-50 synthetic oil in both the engine and transmission and I have a number of receipts for various dealer services. Most recently the engine oil was changed at about 14500 miles and the transmission oil was changed at 14700.
The only significant negative about it is the previous owner went down on the left side and it scuffed the frame, scratched the oil cover scoop and swing arm. The scuff in the frame is really only in the clear coat and I'm pretty sure it will buff out. I never remember it’s there its barely noticeable. Please see the below pic.
The bike will probably need tires soon if you’re going to ride spiritedly. My asking price reflects this.
The bike has the following additions:
Race ECM (installed)
Stock ECM
HID headlights (high and Low Beam)
K&N air filter
The bike also has a front exit muffler which I would prefer to keep, but it can go with the bike for the right price. If the buyer prefers, I have a factory muffler in great shape I can put on the bike. However, after hearing this pipe, you probably won’t want to bother with the factory muffler.
