Bump.
Btw, this is still going and probably will for a little longer yet.
I do lol

D is there any power difference between the 3 and 4? And what are the gains with just the can no headers? How hard are they to repack and where can I get everything to repack it?
RT-3 and RT-4 are for the 1125. The RT-XB-1 and RT-XB-3 are for the XB. I use Silent Sport Packing, but any good packing will work, I've heard Bristol Core is about the same for longevity. Believe it or not, I've only had to repack one RT-3 in the last 2.5-3 years, it was the original prototype that I sent out for the 1125 exhaust shootout. I guess it had about 7k miles on it and had been on numerous dynos, still had most of the packing in the can, I think maybe 2/3 of it was left.
Assuming you wanted to know about the 1125 stuff, power is relatively the same for both systems, within a hp or 2 at most. They will both run with either the specific EBR tune or with their full race system tune (I've been using that for 2 years now) and be fine for street use. If you want to squeeze the max out of it, I'd suggest manually tuning it. They tuned it for the flattest possible torque curve, so there may be even more power left on the table. I'd heard that the maximum possible hp output with the stock headers is about 150 hp, theoretically by flow. No idea how high anyone's really gotten, but EBR sent me a dyno sheet from the RT-3 and it was at 143.1 hp at the wheel, their bike, their dyno.
Repacking isn't difficult, takes about 1/2 hour or so. Standard 1/8" rivets, 1/2 lb of packing roughly and the hard part is lining the holes back up to put the caps back on.
Any news on the XB tune?
No, I've been busy building 1125 stuff for the last month.
Payment sent looking forward to making some noise and power come summer time.
shiny works of art :D
Sale is officially done for this year. Thanks to all who got in on it.
