Long Island repair work

I have a 2003 XB9R with 2k miles that hasn't been started in about 3 yrs. I drained out the fuel and changed the battery but it won't start. I also called all of the local dealers who state they no longer work on bulls, does anyone know a repair shop on Long Island that I can have the bike towed to?

does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key and ignition on?

Sounds like it is.. So I'm not sure if its the injectors or ignition
