Bummer. Since it RPM's ok on the stand, but not on the road I'm still sticking with fuel pressure or restriction as the problem. Any luck on the fuel pressure test? Zip tie the gauge to the bars and go for a ride. See if it dips way down when you are hard on the throttle.

If the symptom isn't showing up on the stand, you'll need to datalog while you are riding.

FYI You can screenshot on a Mac with CMD+shift+3, and it will be a .png file on your desktop. Or CMD+shift+4 lets you drag a cursor to highlight just one area

The kit we had didn't have the fittings I needed. I'm probably going to pull the pump and check the sock. One of the old timers I work with used to race bikes and he agrees with a restriction issue. I'm going to try this weekend. Every street around my house is ground up to get repaved. That is a bitch to ride on.

Found the issue with mine today, think it was a combination of fuel pump and injectors, more so injectors though, but there was a bit of improvement after changing out the pump. Once injectors were swapped shes now and awesome machine again ;-) I tried cleaning the injectors by soaking them overnight in injector cleaner but didnt make much difference, be sure the injectors you tried were good ones.

Well...Still not sure if its the pump is part of the problem. The rear cylinder head is definitely a problem. One of the valves I can see through the throttle body is not moving not sure which is which. if your on the bike it's the right valve. The 2 I can see on the front cylinder move freely. WTF.
