Oh, and my arm NEVER slides on the post mount like yours...it's super tight and needs to be forced onto the arm even with the pinch bolt completely loose.

Something is not right with the unit I have.

Quick update - GPR is sending a mount, etc. as their measurements didn't line up with the size of my post mount. We'll see how it does...

Once they send you the proper equipment everything should be fine. Installation was fairly easy. Hope everything works out for you.

So I got the new post mount last evening. Of note - Loren emphasized to me that the metal collar goes into the shoulder bolt hole (to unload any torque on the plastic). I saw in some videos folks installing the metal collar into the post mount hole on the screw head side?

Anyway - the install went much better - things lined up and tightened up correctly. Today I'll test ride once the temperature gets a little warmer. I'll report back.

Glad to hear everything is working out for you. What setting do you prefer to ride with it on?

For now I'm on 1 or 2....need to get used to it first....on the slab the other day, I dialed it to three and it felt nice.

Ya I personally gradually worked my way up. Now I prefer 8 to 11 depending on my riding that day. Happy all is well, safe riding out there.
