XB Heads vent better than traditional X1?

Read somewhere in my wonderings through Buell info land that the XB models vent else where (heads from what I gather) than the traditional banjo bolts on the 'ol tubers. Anyone else hear/read/experience this? Hope you're all enjoying the riding season! Side note if there's anyone near the Eau Claire, WI area I'm game for cruises!

Yep. The xb has vent valves on top of each rocker box

Is it more efficient than the X1? Tired of oil residue on one side of my motor and not too keen on just running a hose down to dump out some where (simply because there's no real good spot to run it without it being an eyesore). Thanks for the reply!

I have a stupid question. Would replacing the rocker boxs on my s3 to xb rocker boxs fix the oil that is in my air box?

You'll still get oil vapor. Because your engine is producing it.
There isn't any magic going on in that hose.
You can either vent it to somewhere else, add a coalescing filter in line, or even just add a regular filter to the existing hose that will collect the vapors before making a mess in your air box.
