    07 TPS replacement.

Looks like I need a new tps. 93 ford mustang fits but sensor not indexed right. Question I have now is the bike should not even start with out it. Right? Mine however has a mind of its own...... fires up and idles perfect, pulls hard from the stops and wants more. If the bike runs this good without it, why even replace it? I know tuning and all that madness, but it works just fine without it.

Do you have the right tps? 07 is it's own year. Not the same as 04+06
If your old one has a orange dot on the side of it that is the 07 and that is what you have to put back on.

I replaced it with a correct one from St Paul Harley. Got it from Lucas. It's the right one. 07 pn matches and nubs inside were indexed correctly.

So any dtcs? Get a service manual and follow the trouble shooting guides, for any codes. Check your intake seals and grounds etc. Normal buell stuff.
