Looking at 1125r. Going into gear problem

The bike is a 08. Owner says sometimes it takes a couple tries to get into gear from neutral but no problems going gear to gear. Does that sound like a clutch actuator problem. That seems the only issue on crutches dealing with a issue like that. Any ideas?

Or air in the lines. Does it creep forward in first gear with the clutch pulled in? I'd bleed it and do the actuator upgrade. I bet you'll be fine.

My 2008 1125R did the same when I first got it, fresh fluid and bled the lines good and it got much better. Still a bit clunky getting in and out of N but fine otherwise.

I did recently have to replace the OE actuator with the EBR unit because of the infamous fluid leak but thats a easy procedure
