    Swapping 08+ engine in an 07 XB12?

Can it be done? If so, what all would need to be done?

You'll need the complete engine and associated parts: including throttle body, oil pump, oil lines, oil cooler, etc.
I think the swing are oil line connections might be different. Look into that. I do know the oil coolers from the 08 and above models are not compatible with 07 and older. Not just will you need all that mechanical stuff but you'll also need an entire wire harness and ECM.
I might be missing some stuff.
Needless to say it's not an easy swap.
Start researching, you'll see what I mean

Like Carlos said you are going to need a lot of stuff but some people have done it. If money is not an option. Why not just put 05 to 07 motor in? Tps on 07 is a one year only that is different from 05+06.
