    Hmmm..afv..¿?

So today I took it to work. Was okay tell about 10 kms in (20 or so min of riding) . It started to pop and backfire out of the intake. Slowly progressively got worse .Huge power loss, almost stalling. I figured afv out of wack so I pulled over reset the tps and took it to the highway. I noticed it ran better at highway speeds within 2 min.. when I got back in to the city it ran awesome. Crazy good power and no backfiring or intake bombs.. highway to my place is a 5 min ride. any ideas??

Can you run diagnostics with ecmspy or buelltooth? Check your tps sensor.

    Just the one anomaly?
Check your AFV on ECMDroid and see where it is.
TPS re-set is a completely different thing.

Just got to work and checked the afv. 94% for back and 86% for front (City driving). it was 0°c for temperature freaking cold.. When I drive hightway speeds the afv go back to mid 90s. Not sure if this helps?

I just got goosebumps thinking about your ride to work! It's a chilly 63*F for my block and a half walk to work thins morning, I might need a tuque!!
Thats certainly low, but if its running ok I'd leave it alone.

If the coughing happens again, check that first. Obviously low IAT has some influence.

Maybe a low battery caused by high current drain and low RPM's? I'm sure you've got all the heated gear you can wear cranked to max!

    Just spitballing for now...

I had a similar stumbling/ popping after riding halfway to work that ended up being a barely loose battery cable. I'm far from an expert, but something to check.

Okay! So the problem hasent happened again. Hopefully won't ever happen again. I have put about 200 km on since first post and no probkems. One thing I have noticed after frequently checking afv is every time I drive on the highway I gain more power because my % Is 95ish. I can actually fell a difference. Lol (way easier to wheelie). When drive in the city my % drops to 85ish.. ugg any ideas?..
