That's a lot of Buell on the track at once! Which track, what series?
There really isn't much to prep safety-wise. Erik took care of most of it for us No coolant to change to water, no drive chain to safety wire... The rear plate holder/light assembly comes off with (3) T27 torx and one plug. I safety wired my caliper bolts, but mostly because I think it looks haha.
Edit:I put a radial master cylinder on it and liked it with the EBR rotor and bolt kit. Breakaway levers, pucks, axle and engine sliders of course. 7.5w fork oil because I'm 220 geared up and it was HOT in Fl.
My opinion is the Barker is decent exhaust, but keep an eye on it. It shouldn't blow up like a Jardine, but look for cracks. I'd also recommend putting a spring between the header inlet to the front engine mount. I've blown off that connection no matter how tight I crank the clamps.
