XB Air box top bolt grommets
I lost one of the small metal grommets that sits in the top two bolt holes of the outer air box. Does anyone know the size and where to get a replacement or something similar?

I'm not familiar with the grommet you are missing.
My outer air box cover is fastened with collared torque screws and nylon washers.
You have a picture you could post for reference?

Same here. T27 panhead shouldered torx 1/4-20 bolts, with nylon washers I get from Ace.

When I get the replacement I'm gonna crazy glue that tricky little sucker in there. They like to fall out anytime you do something that involves removing the airbox.

I found a picture for you guys:

The tophats are the two hollow cylindrical pieces in the middle.
Genuine Buell translucent airbox hardware kit. This kit works with all Buell translucent airbox covers front two mounting holes. This help keep your translucent airbox from getting hair line cracks around the front mounting holes.

Out of all the Buells I've owned, I guess I've never had translucent plastics before! Didn't know they had different hardware.
